I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Despite its unassuming exterior, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and competent, and the location, although a bit outside the city center, was convenient with the tram station close by. I also appreciated the fast and free internet access in the rooms.

No issues, everything was satisfactory.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful. My room was super big, big enough for a king size bed, a round table and a sofa, not to mention the usual writing desk.

The hotel was quite far from city centre, although it's only a short ride. If someone wants to use public transport, he should check the bus timetable carefully, especially when he is to catch a train.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the tram stop which makes it easy to explore the city and visit the Christmas market. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, with attention to detail like a double bed.

The lack of air conditioning was a downside, and opening the windows resulted in smoke coming in from the nearby balconies. the elevator stopped only on certain floors, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a quiet area close to the tram stop. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were all in order. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with double beds for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

the location offered beautiful views towards the hills as well. the room was spacious with a large bathroom. the breakfast was a variety of Continental buffet-style with sausages and scrambled eggs. there was both front and rear parking with no extra charge.

The elevator didn't stop on every floor.
